请问给数据库进行分表？

各位老师，我的网站服务器cpu近段时间经常跑到100%，主要是php-fpm进程到达100，有时nginx进程达到100，有时是sysmed达到100（大部分是php-fpm进程到达100），经咨询宝塔那边的网友，说有可能是因为我网站的数据库太大了，建议将数据库进行分表。但是我是小白，不会进行具体分表操作（怕出错，同时希望分表后，网友在被分出的主题帖后面进行回复）
在此请教各位老师，能否告知下分表的具体操作流程（有示例图就最好了），诚挚感谢...
